Deceased Date: 6/10/2021 at 980 Hudson Ave, Rochester, NY
On May 2, 2021 at about 11:30 pm witnesses report that Stephan Perry-Smith was crossing Hudson Ave when he was struck by a vehicle traveling north on Hudson Ave. The striking vehicle fled the scene. Stephan ultimately died from his injuries on June 10, 2021. Investigators are looking for help identifying a large silver SUV seen fleeing the scene.
