Deceased Date: 12/10/2023 at 103 Robin St, Rochester, NY
On December, 10th, 2023, at about 7:30 PM, officers responded to 103 Robin St. for the report of a man that had been shot. Witnesses reported that there was a number of people at the location, including 37-year-old Michael Ingram, when shots were fired. Ingram suffered multiple wounds and was transported to Strong Hospital. He died a short time later.
