On May 21, 2021 at about 9:30 pm, 27-year old Bennie Goins was standing outside with several other people when the suspect approached on foot and fired multiple gunshots. Goins was struck several times. He was rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on May 26, 2021.
