On April 13, 2012 officers were called to Carl St after the report of gunshots fired. James Florence was found lying in the street with at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. Investigators believe there was at least one other person with Mr. Florence when the suspect shot him.
