On Halloween, 2011 at around 8:45 pm neighbors in the area of Morgan St. and St. Clair St reported hearing multiple gunshots fired. Officers responded and found Quentin Pope in the back yard of 22 Morgan St dead from multiple gunshots wounds. Investigators believe Pope was killed as a result of a dispute over drug turf.
