On October 14, 2011 17-year-old Rosa Dillon was found shot dead inside of vacant house at 69 Otis St. Investigators believe Rosa was murdered as a result a feud amongst individuals involved in drug trafficking. Investigators pursued multiple leads, but need individuals with direct knowledge of the murder need to come forward to make the arrest.
