On August 11, 2009 Tyshawn Miller was shot in a vacant lot near 43 Treyer St. He ultimately succumbed to his injuries on September 7, 2009. Investigators believe Miller went to the area Treyer St. with at least one other person when an altercation with occurred, resulting in Miller being shot.
