Deceased Date: 9/20/2023 at 104 Manor Pkwy, Rochester, NY
On September 20th, 2023, at about 11:30 P.M., officers were called to 104 Manor Parkway in an attempt to locate 40 year old Natasha Graham. A friend had been unable to reach Graham and called 911 for assistance. Police entered the location and found Natasha deceased inside the apartment. It was ultimaely determined that Graham had been murdered.
