On July 15, 2022 at about 10:00 in the morning 24-yeaer-old Shaquan Parker was walking down Wellington Ave. when he was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting. Investigators believe Parker was the intended target of the shooting and need help from those who knowledge to bring his killer to justice.
