Deceased Date: 5/01/2022 at 256 Driving Pk, Rochester, NY
On May 1, 2022, at about 2:30 in the afternoon officers were called to the area of Driving Pk and Pierpont St for two ShotSpotter activations. Upon arrival they found 28-year-old Bishop Foster behind a house on Driving Pk. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital and died several hours later. Investigators believe this was a targeted attack.
