Deceased Date: 10/26/2021 at 515 Portland Ave, Rochester, NY
On October 26, 2021 at about 11:40 am, officers responded to Brown St. and Silver St. for the report of an unresponsive male in a vehicle. When officers arrived arrived they found 44-year old Rashad Byrd in the driver seat dead from a gunshot wound. Investigators believe he was shot at 515 Portland Ave. after an altercation and drove to Brown St. where he succumbed to his injuries.
