On August 30, 2021 at about 5:15pm 28-year old Jamen Balkum was hanging out with a group of people in front of the vacant lot on Harris St. when the unknown suspect approached and fired multiple gunshots at him. He was shot and died shortly after arrival at the hospital. There were multiple witnesses to the shooting and investigators need their help to bring the killer to justice.
