Deceased Date: 4/08/2021 at 55 Mead St, Rochester, NY
On April 8, 2021, just before 10:00 in the morning officers were called to 55 Mead St for the report of a man shot. Upon arrival officers found Jacob Wims shot multiple times while sitting in his vehicle. Police and family are hoping people who have information on the murder of Jacob will come forward.
