Deceased Date: 2/01/2021 at 424 Lyell Ave, Rochester, NY
On February 1, 2021 at about 10:30 PM, 23-year old Tyshawn McConniughey and three other people were shot while in the parking lot at 424 Lyell Ave. Tyshawn died as a result of his injuries, the other 3 victims survived. Investigators need the publics help in identifying a man observed in the area of the murder who is depicted in the photographs below.
