Deceased Date: 7/09/2019 at 34 Backus St, Rochester, NY
On July 8, 2019 at about 11:30 pm 44-year old Salim Flowers was riding his bicycle down Backus St when he was gunned down. He was transported to the hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Investigators followed up on numerous leads and are confident this was not a random act of violence. Additional people need to come forward to have enough to bring this case to closure.
