Deceased Date: 12/15/2016 at 196 Pershing Dr, Rochester, NY
On December 15, 2016 at 9:30 p.m officers responded to a 911 call for the report of a person possibly shot in front of 196 Pershing Dr. When they arrived the found 22-year old O’Shay Rankin shot inside of his parked vehicle in the street. Investigators believe Mr. Rankin may have been killed by people he was giving a ride to.

O'shay is missed and is Loved by all his family everyday!!! He is a Son, Grandson, Brother, Cousin and Father. He always tried to help the unfortunate as he was raised. O'shay comes from a large family and is missed by many. Please, any info is important as it could happen to one of yours!!
