On Friday January 24,2014 around 7:00 PM, an ambulance crew was waved down in the area of 337 Genesee St. They found 28-year old Christopher Edmonds on the ground dead from a gunshot wound. No witnesses were located, nor have any come forward. Information was developed indicating the shooting of Mr. Edmonds was a targeted killing in retaliation for a theft of drugs.
