On July 14, 2013 just after 12:30 AM, 57- year old Allen Hutchinson was walking his dog when he was shot by a stray shotgun blast in the upper abdomen. An ambulance transported Mr. Hutchinson to Strong Hospital where succumbed to his injuries. Investigators are aware there are people with knowledge about this case who have the information that can be closure to the family of Mr. Hutchinson.
