On August 12, 2010 at about 8:30 pm Eugene Perry was on the porch at 91 Fillmore St. with another male when he was shot during an apparent robbery. He was rushed to the hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The suspect(s) are believed to have fled on foot after the shooting.
