On April 28, 2007 at about 12:45 am there was a house party at 298 Avenue D when a fight broke out between rival gangs and gunshots were fired. When the shooting stopped, Tyshon Wearen and another male were shot. Wearen was rushed to the hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
