On October 4, 2006 just after 9 pm, 29-year old Marvin Owens was found lying on the street outside of his vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital and succumbed to his injuries a short time later. Investigators believe Owens was murdered over a conflict regarding drug sales. There are several very good leads in this case, but they need cooperation from individuals with knowledge to move it forward.
