From the Family:

To us, Marvin Webb was more than just another headline. More than just another statistic. More than just the victim of another senseless murder! He was the youngest child of his parents. A loving father to his five children. A doting uncle of many nieces and nephews. The baby brother of his two older brothers. A supportive friend to many! When Marvin was taken from us, our very close-knit family was crushed beyond belief. Sunday family dinner gatherings slowly diminished. Holiday celebrations don't feel complete. Birthdays have a different vibe. We miss our son, brother, father, uncle, and friend tremendously!! Many years have passed, and the pain is still very much a part of our everyday lives. Knowing that no one has ever been held responsible for this pain, makes it even harder to bear. If you know anything at all related to his murder…no matter how unimportant you think your information might be…please share it with the Rochester Police Department as they work to solve this case and bring closure to our family.
