On January 5, 1975 at about 2:45 in the morning Rochester Police Officers were called to 32 N. Washington St for the report of a home invasion robbery. 62 year old George Baxter was found murdered inside his apartment. He had been beat about the head and face with an unknown object by two suspects during an apparent robbery.
