On November 1, 1972 at about 10:45 pm Jose Bas was working at his grocery store at 262 Conkey Ave. when 2 suspects entered his store and shot him. He was rushed to the hospital where he remained until he succumbed to his injuries on November 28, 1972. Family members are praying individuals with knowledge about the senseless murder of Mr. Bas will come forward and provide the answers they desperately need.
